I liked working personnel, especially receptionists, they are always helpful and try to solve any problems that occur. Location of the property is also top, very close to all sightseeings and attractions in Turkestan. Another this is the view from the windows, if you have room facing the Mausoleum of Khoja Ahmed Yasawi, the view is amazing, and whenever you wake up and look outside, it feels so unbelievably beautiful and peaceful.

The location within (new) Turkistan is perfect, within walking distance to everything. Our room was on the top floor overlooking the mausoleum, so that was great. The room itself was spacious and, due to the hotel being brand new, in a very good condition. Furnishing was very tasteful. Wi-Fi was working well, as was the air conditioning. All staff were friendly and staff at reception spoke good English. Overall the place is really good value for money.

First of all, the hotel itself is the same as in the description on booking.com website. It is located in the center of a new town with 2 minutes by walk to mausoleum and new Keruen center. Also there are many museums square where you walk and other entertaining places including many shopping centers, restaurants nearby. The most value of the hotel is friendly and extremely polite personnel. We have enjoyed two wonderful nights staying at this hotel. Highly recommended.

Great location and experience

Good selection for breakfast, great lobby area for relaxing during the day, very very helpful staff, easy access to local historical sites and shopping areas. Almas took excellent care of us helpful beyond what was expected and the rest of the reception staff were great.
